Customers may order multiple packs with different designs. As long as each pack contains only one artwork, the proof timeline remains 24–48 hours.

• 2 or more artworks in the same pack – Proofs delivered within 3–5 business days due to the additional preparation required to create and position multiple cut lines.

Sticker Sheets & Kiss-Cut Files

Sticker sheets and kiss-cut designs require multiple individual cut lines for each sticker on the sheet, which involves additional setup before proofing.

• If your file already includes vector contour cut lines, proofs are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours.

• If cut lines are not included, our design team will create them for you to ensure each sticker cuts cleanly and looks great. Because this process requires building multiple contour paths, proof preparation may take approximately 3–5 business days.

Recommended Files for Faster Proofs

For the fastest proof turnaround and best results, we recommend uploading vector artwork such as PDF, AI, or EPS files.

Files that already include a vector outline or cut line around the design allow our team to prepare proofs more quickly.

High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted, but may require additional processing before proofing.

• Upload high-resolution artwork (300 DPI recommended)

• Use vector files whenever possible

• Avoid blurry or low-resolution images

ARTWORK & CUT LINE REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)

For Kiss Cut Stickers, clear and accurate cut lines are extremely important to ensure the best final result.

If your artwork includes pre-made cut lines, please make sure they are clearly defined and accurate

If no cut line is provided, our team will create one based on your design

Complex designs, thin borders, or unclear edges may require minor adjustments to ensure clean cutting

If a rectangular or unclear design is submitted, we may slightly adjust the layout or cut path to best represent your artwork while maintaining its integrity.

Once your artwork is uploaded and your order is placed, we’ll send a digital proof within 1–2 business days for your approval. Production begins only after proof approval.
