Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in USA. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days with proof from the order date and shipped when product is ready. Please check individual product listings for specific timelines on each product as each product on our website has a different timeline. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes. If Proofs are not approved within 3 business days they will automatically be sent for production, please check junk inbox if not in inbox after 3-4 business days of placing orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-6 business days to produce your orders after approval and based on sticker materials (please check products description for exact timelines on each product). After that, it will take around 5 business days for ground shipping after confirmation on shipping for delivery depending on your location and shipping service you decide to move forward with. The item will not start production until we get confirmation of artwork or if proof hasn’t been approved in 2 business days after being sent. Once more please make sure to check individual product listings as some items may have shorter lead time as well as others may have longer lead times. Lead times may also be affected by high demand as a growing small business offering industry best pricing and quality we do have very high demand and lead times are subject to change based on demand, we are continuously working to improve lead times to assure your orders leave promptly.
ARTWORK & CUT LINE REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
For Sticker Sheets, clear and accurate cut lines are extremely important for each individual sticker on the sheet.
Each design on the sheet should have a clear cut path
If cut lines are not provided, our team will create them based on your artwork but will require extra proofing time as it is like basically redoing your artwork
Thin borders, small details, or crowded layouts may require adjustments for clean cutting
Spacing between stickers is important to ensure easy peeling and proper cuts
If artwork is unclear or a rectangular layout is submitted, we may slightly adjust sizing, spacing, or cut paths to best represent your designs while maintaining their integrity.
Proof Turnaround Times Overall
• 1 artwork per pack – Proofs delivered within 24–72 business hours.
Customers may order multiple packs with different designs. As long as each pack contains only one artwork, the proof timeline remains 24–72 hours.
• 2 or more artworks in the same pack – Proofs delivered within 3–5 business days due to the additional preparation required to create and position multiple cut lines.
Sticker Sheets & Kiss-Cut Files
Sticker sheets and kiss-cut designs require multiple individual cut lines for each sticker on the sheet, which involves additional setup before proofing.
• If your file already includes vector contour cut lines, proofs are typically delivered within 24–72 business hours.
• If cut lines are not included, our design team will create them for you to ensure each sticker cuts cleanly and looks great. Because this process requires building multiple contour paths, proof preparation may take approximately 3–5 business days.
Recommended Files for Faster Proofs
For the fastest proof turnaround and best results, we recommend uploading vector artwork such as PDF, AI, or EPS files.
Files that already include a vector outline or cut line around the design allow our team to prepare proofs more quickly.
High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted, but may require additional processing before proofing.
Artwork Quality Tips
To ensure your stickers look their best:
• Upload high-resolution artwork (300 DPI recommended)
• Use vector files whenever possible
• Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
Our team carefully prepares every design to ensure clean printing and cutting — sometimes great stickers take a little extra care.
Production will begin after proof approval is made expect production to be 3-6 business days
