Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Feel Good Stickers.
Because all custom stickers are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable once design work or production has begun.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if design work or production has not started. A $5 processing fee may apply.
Once a proof has been created or production has begun, custom orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation. However, artwork changes may still be possible prior to final approval.
2. Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval, including artwork, sizing, spelling, and cut lines.
Production typically begins after proof approval. If no response is received within 2 business days, our team may proceed based on the latest submitted artwork or follow up for confirmation, depending on the order.
3. Production Timelines
Standard production begins after proof approval.
Estimated production time is typically 3–6 business days, but may vary based on order complexity, order volume, seasonal demand, artwork revisions, or holidays.
Orders containing multiple artworks or specialty materials may require additional time.
4. Shipping & Carrier Transit
Once an order has been handed to USPS or another carrier, transit times are controlled by the carrier.
We are not able to guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Carrier delays, missed scans, or transit slowdowns are outside our direct control, though we will gladly assist when possible.
5. Defects, Errors, or Quality Issues
If your order arrives with a printing defect, missing item, or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos when possible so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a reprint, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Holidays / Closures
Our production schedule may be affected on select holidays and scheduled team closure dates, including:
- January 31st, February 1st, and February 2nd
- Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
- December 24th, 25th, and 26th
- Labor Day
Orders placed near these dates may require additional processing time.
